Band 1 course of treatment – £25.80
This covers an examination, diagnosis (including X-rays), advice on how to prevent future problems, a scale and polish if needed, and application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealant.
Band 2 course of treatment – £70.70
This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or removal of teeth.
Band 3 course of treatment – £306.80
This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, plus crowns, dentures and bridges
Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Here at Norwich Dental Care, we strive to provide the best possible care and make sure the appointment times are used efficiently. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask all patients to give us at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to Cancel in Time (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice)
If a patient fails to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the appointment will be classified as a Failed to Attend (FTA). The following charges will apply:
• £50 to £100 for failed appointments (depending on the length and type of appointment)
• Any deposit paid for emergency visits, treatment, or examinations will be forfeited
Rebooking After a Failed Appointment
To book your next appointment after an FTA, you will be required to:
1. Pay the cancellation fee for the missed appointment
2. Pay a deposit in advance for the next scheduled appointment
For Denplan Patients
Denplan patients who fail to attend an appointment may:
• Choose to pay the above cancellation fee and schedule their next appointment, OR
• Wait six months before booking a new appointment with no cancellation fee

Finance and Payment Options
At our dental practice in Norwich we offer a fantastic 0% finance option on treatments over £500 for private treatments to help patients afford the care they deserve and spread the cost of the dental treatments over monthly payments. You must inform us prior to your first visit that you intend to take advantage of this option. Terms and conditions apply. Our Norwich dentist is accepting new dental patients.
Emergency Appointments
At our Norwich Dental practice we provide emergency dental care. Our emergency dentist in Norwich will take care of you. The fee for week night and evenings is £240=00 which includes consultation and prescription. Any additional treatment will be charged accordingly.
